Quattro - BOOKING information / Terms & conditions

Quattro are a versatile group who provide high quality music for a wide range of functions. Please refer to our repertoire page for a full listing of music available. Should you have a specific choice of repertoire not listed, we will be happy to try and cater for all needs; however sufficient notice must be given.

All music and music stands are provided by Quattro but we ask that four chairs without arms should be made available and refreshments provided depending on the length of booking.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on bookings and to receive a free quote. On receiving a booking, we shall post or email a contract to you including all details and the terms & conditions listed here. A deposit of £100 is required on all bookings and we ask that this should be returned with a signed copy of the contract. The remainder of the payment is to be paid by post dated cheques (to be received at least one week prior to the event and made payable to the musicians as listed on the contract).

Quotes will usually be inclusive of travel expenses but in some situations, depending on location of event, an extra charge may be required.

For bookings cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the event, we charge a 25% cancellation fee. For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event, we regret that no refund can be given.
